Thats a renegade agility orb. They don't count towards the 500 agility orbs, theyre on their own.

And there are only 30 renegade agility orbs, and he's only a level 3 in agility. Trust me, with level 5 agility getting those things are so easy, alot easier than it looked in that vid.
