Minor excitement that will probably grow after seeing teaser trailers.

Meh. In terms of exclusive reveals, we got Halo CE remake which is without doubt Reach but skinned with CEs style and 7 CE Maps. And Halo 4 made by a group who've never made a game together for 2012. And a shit ton of Kinect junk.

bungie says they won't be making anymore halo games so ck asks why bungie doesn't have its logo on halo 4

overall this was a pretty average showing, whenever they announce the next console they better bring some more exclusive games to the table

i like where they're going with kinect in future soldier, mass effect and forza where its not the whole experience just a way to do things differently

I thin average might even be generous imo.
It felt very lacking and they completely relied on Halo 4 to please us "hardcore" gamers like they tried with the Slim last year. Even then, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if Halo 4 does worse than they expect. The franchise has been dropping in popularity over the last few years now.

ya halo reach is a terrible game. but i don't expect anything new and groundbreaking until the next system. right now the partnerships and refining the way people use kinect (like it or not its here to stay) is enough to keep me happy with what they're doing.

Watched the EA conference instead of doing HW, an hour well worth spent.

ME3 and BF3 both looked amazing. NFS The RUN and the other ones looked decent too.

I'm just pissed that the Halo Anniversary will not have halo ce online multiplayer, but instead just a map pack for reach......

So pretty much $40 for the Halo 1 campaign remade and 7 maps for reach...
