I wouldn't buy it without mp. If they do go through with it and it does include mp how much do you think the population of reach will drop? I certainly know which game I would rather play.

I would say mlg would completely drop reach and go to halo:ce along with everyone else who plays mlg, along with many many others including me

I have honestly even been playing more H3 recently then Reach.....a CE remake has potential to be epic winsauce

Well, they have couple guys with past halo experience from working at Bungie (ex. Frankie). Lets hope that translates well into the remake, if the article rings true.

Yeah, rumor has it that Shishka migrated over there too (probably not a good thing for Halo because that guy is the bane of Halo MM) but Frankie works there and that is a good thing.

Well one of the major factors is the virtually nonexistent "spread". CE's Magnum is more accurately described as a dumbed down, hand held Sniper Rifle. Headshots come naturally even clear across a 4v4 sized map like Hang 'em High. A veteran CE player wielding Pistol/Sniper is far meaner then any Champion General I have ever come across in H3........

I buy a sp only one.

Online would be thousands times better than Reach, that is they do not change the gameplay or add any weapons.

Although to be able to use the Wraith and Sword in Singleplayer would be pretty cool.

This makes me feel warm inside.

didn't they for the most part already do that? They released halo: ce but it was a carbon copy of the original and they charged I think $20 for it when you can go buy a physical copy for just a few dollars

ya but this new version they speak of is gonna be on the reach engine, i just find it hard to believe they would launch another halo game with multi player so close to each other

there were talks of a halo title releasing just about every year. i will try to find link.
