Well if were gonna make it like home again ill set up the ranking system and stuff later on for you ghost. Ill keep this layout though cause everyone seems to like it, and ill try to get all our existing members back.

That sounds like a good idea. While we're here we can figure out how to pull in new people to the real site. If anything, just being a game site isn't enough anymore. There's too many game sites out there to contend with. The best thing I believe is to make it the place to go for any discussion or topic. For me at least, I have to go to different sites for different topics and I can't think of many or any sites that do what I'm mentioning.
Now the one thing is for it to work, you'd need to pull in big big crowds each time instead of the one or two otherwise by the time you get a new member the other has already left. So you'll need big ideas to drive in big crowds. For me at least, by the time New Years comes up I should, if all things go to plan, be starting on my planned project that I've been hoping to do for quite a while now. So that's one thing at least.

Also I agree. Our site is just a single entity among an ocean of other gaming forums. We need to either separate ourselves from the pack by offering something new, or we have something that interests potential new members.

Of course, whether or not we actually succeed depends on everyone pitching in ...
