WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE! Empty WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!

A 33 year old mom took her two kids, 12 and 13, to and abandoned house and slit both of their throats. She killed one and the other one survived. The mom then calls 911 and tells them what she did, that one is dead and one is alive, and tells them to bring an ambulance to save the one that is stll alive. During the 9 minute call she's very calm and talking to her child that's throat is slit like she didn't do anything. Just sick.
