Anyone else notice how similar some of the Halo CE levels are to those in halo 3. Specifically assault on the control room and the final level in halo 3.

Seriously having so much fun with this game, fanboy juices in full flow. Starting to be slightly convinced the series is in good hands too with the story in terminals. Pretty interesting.

Picked up CE. The remake is decent. But I am loving Classic Slayer and Classic BTB. The remade maps are fantastic! Especially Hang em High and Beaver Creek.

Still playing Halo CE. On the second last mission, forgot how bullshit the library was. Anyone wanna do legendary co op ?

Got my first few games of anniversary multiplayer in today. Two words, DAT PISTOL. First game I go 15 - 1 on beaver creek. 15 pistol kills. From what ive played its fun, only had like 3 games though.

Someone wanna explain some stuff to me though. Anniversary classic is the Halo:CE pistol/AR starts and no armour abilities ? So are all the other game types like DMR's just the same except bloom is gone ?

I beat Halo CE on legendary on the PC a few years back, hopefully that translates well to the Xbox.

Just finished Halo CE.

Last mission isnt as hard as I remember haha. At least the driving part at the end. Used to struggle so badly with that. Overall, awesome. Basically because I loved the first halo anyway, my favourite game of all time.

Does have a few issues though like texture popping and mad frame rate problems.
