Who pre-ordered? What edition?
I did not pre-order, I am praying that game shop by my house that sold me Reach 3 days early will do the same for New Vegas, from what I am told, they break release date on almost every title.

I just preordered the regular edition two days ago. I completely forgot that there was a collectors edition, but nothing in the collectors edition makes me want to spend the extra 20

I can't wait for this game its gonna be so sick. If they could somehow make a workable MP both Story and like a VS/Deathmatch this game would be an easy 11/10 IMO, as long as they followed suit with Fallout 3's gameplay style.

Yea I can't wait for this game either. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, No copies of New Vegas on the truck this morning. Looks like I am waiting until tomorrow for it.....Honestly, I think I am more excited over this release then Reach lol. I dunno, I just love the Fallout universe soooo much i can't wait to play the shit out of New Vegas lol.

I went to the Wikipedia page and saw it was listed under "spin-offs". That must be why I haven't really heard much of it. I read up on it though and it sounds judt as good, if not better, than the others.

lvl cap is said to be 30, and from what I have read, they already have the first DLC developed with the possibility of a raise to the cap depending on player feedback. Again, other then 30 being the cap the rest is just speculation.
I will be doing HC run through myself the first time around, the idea of ammo playing in to your encumbrance value is cool, that will make things alot more difficult.
No more carrying 10,000 9mm rounds I guess lol

Got my copy, very cool so far. Seems to be no karma based cheevos though....Karma must play a larger role in NPC reactions then Fallout 3....
Character customization has far more choices then Fallout 3 did as well, thats great means multiple play throughs without losing interest.

More choices then F3 had but still sub par. I meant more along the lines of Perks and ability's. In Fallout 3 by lvl 20-25 you were pretty much adept in every aspect of combat. Do not think that will be the case in New Vegas.

I went and got ea mma and this last night, but I haven't even touched this for more than 30 minutes because of how much I like ea mma.
Right now i'm number 5 in the world on the leaderboards in ea mma. I have 31 wins 5 losses.
After I see Jackass tonight i'm definitely playing this game though. From what i've played so far it's really good, and the storyline seems good too.
I'm just glad to find out that there isn't those stupid bobbleheads, but only 7 snowglobes in this game.
Right now i'm number 5 in the world on the leaderboards in ea mma. I have 31 wins 5 losses.

I just ran through the perks to lvl 28 available for my character. Unarmed, Melee and Sneak all have multiple killer perks for level 20+
I am gonna make me one bad ass straight razor wielding assassin lol
