New Vegas....

Behind the Very Hard locked door in the NE bunker. You need lockpick of 100 to get in. Judging by dialog options when speaking with the Elder there is another way to get in. I think it has something to do with waiting at the bunker at night and watching for their scout patrol to return to the bunker then follow them in. Once in and in their good books you gain access to their shop and epic pre- power armor gear can be bought.

Where were you when you found this? Did you have Wild Wasteland perk on? Do you know if its a set encounter or random?

So I found my second sidekick, awesome. as soon as she joined me ED-E vanished. The weird part is that some NPC's still see him and have dialog regarding him, also I still have the "Enhanced Sensors" perk that is only supposed to be active while ED-E is in your party.......So yeah, Minor and seems to have more positive side effects then negative considering ED-E was a terrible fighter but still a bug none the less.

oh man, ghost you totally saved this game for me, i wouldnt have re done a large portion of the game because of the buggy factions if it werent for that XP glitch

Find Fields Shack(Near Boomers Artillery zone, hang to the ridge behind the shack and go left(Eventually you will be traveling NW). Takes a good 3 mins, but you will see them. Yes you need Wild Wasteland.

Has anyone been able to get Power Armor training yet? I have been doing BHoS quests but they have not offered it to me......So far the only Power Armor I have found is T51-b Brotherhood issue with a 25 DT.....I am sure there must be better then this out there, shit my Mk II Combat Armor is almost as good and its only a light armor.....

Also on the hunt for Black Ranger Combat Armor. Supposedly only issued to top lvl rangers so I assume the stats and DT must be bad ass.

I got 2 power armor trainings.

1. BoS guys.

2. Enclave Remnants(The ones from FO2, not FO3).

If you want the 2nd one, find Arcade Gannon in Mormon Fort. Recruit him as a companion. Talk to him about his past, get him to talk about the Enclave.


Then you have to find 5 Enclave Vets, around the Mojave. When you find all 5, you will be told to head to a bunker. They will then ask if they will be fighting for the NCR or Legion. Say NCR as they will disagree and f you over if you say Legion. One guy will get really piss, and fight you unless you have 80+ speech. They will give you training in Power Armor, and the Pilot of the Vertibird will give you her armor.

But, as you go to leave, Arcade will be in his Fathers Armor. Tell him not to go with the rest to Hoover Dam when the time comes and he will give you his fathers armor(Which looks awesome and I think has better stats). Now you will have two pieces of Enclave armor, one I recommend giving to Raul or Veronica(Lol the Irony).

Oh and a Vertibird will land by you at the 2nd Battle of Hoover Dam. 3 of those guys will be dropped off to kick Ultimate ass. Even though you picked NCR they won't attack you if you worked for Mr House or Yes man.


And if you want Ranger Combat Armor, find a NCR Outpost(Alpha,Delta, and Echo). NCR has those Rangers stationed there.

I assume one of the first DLC's will be Reno.

So I just found out earlier today that the story can branch off four different ways, so you need to have four different saves if you want to get them all without starting the single player over... if you want to know about this and don't want anything to be spoiled just ask and ill message you.

Hmmmmmmm, I finally got around to trying this, I followed the ridge all the way to Northern Passage and never found any aliens...... Must be random....

When you first get to the Lucky 38 and Mr. House is trying to hire you to recover the Platinum Chip, keep refusing his offer then talk to him again to get prompted for the barter dialog challenge, you can repeat the challenge to gain the exp.
