What do you all think? If I don't use it to its fullest capabilities I just might as well return it for a cheaper plan, or exchange it for an iPhone.

DO NOT EXCHANGE.
The X10 is currently one of the strongest phones on the market. I have an X10 as well as an iPhone 3G S and prefer the X10.
To unleash its true power you need to disable the function that blocks installation of third party apps. Once done you can go online on your PC and DL any droid apps and load them to your phone. You will need to go to the droid marketplace and download the "Package Installer" to install the third party apps. Essentially it is the same thing as "Jail Breaking" an iPhone only Droid has better apps then the iPhone.
The only issue that I have with the X10 is the lack of "Multi-Touch" (the touch screen does not recognize when you touch 2 places at once) which should be fixed with the next X10 system update.....
So yeah, I would say keep the X10 it is a boss phone. Or if your carrier uses SIM cards then you can just do what I do and have both phones and just swap the card to change what phone you use

Re: Got a New Phone
Well ghost....Sorry to tell you this, but I cancelled the plan overall, and returned the x10.
Instead, I got an LG Prime. It's prepaid, so, $100 worth of talk for a year, and $9.99 a month for 1000 texts per month. Screw internet bro.
I just don't think I'll be needing a smartphone for a while.
