Yeah. He kinda just grazed his jaw, but it was in slow motion so we can't really judge the velocity of that hit.

It's not fake, just watched it live last night 
And after the punch connected, the dude was knocked out, slammed his face into the mat, came back into consciousness, and continued to get punched while not moving his arms. The ref stopped the fight, and the dude started protesting saying it shouldn't have been stopped, and he couldn't even stand.
